Nikolay has over 15 years of experience in the IT and telecommunications industries. Graduated from RMIT University in Melbourne with a Master of Applied Science (Information Technology) in 2006.
Prior to VoIPcloud, Nikolay was the founder of the Managed Service Provider - Computer Helper Pty. Ltd.
Nikolay is responsible for the strategical development of the company and its future plans.
Megan has over 10 years’ experience managing teams in the ICT, MSP, cyber security space. With a bachelor of business management, majoring in organizational psychology from Deakin University, computer networking and a variety of other technical certifications.
Previously leading multinational technical service teams for Bitdefender, Kaspersky, JB HI-FI, The Good Guys and more.
Megan manages our daily operations, upstream relationships and people leadership at VoIPcloud Wholesale.
Yury has over 15 years of experience in areas of software and database development, IT infrastructure administration and telecommunications focused on VoIP technologies.
Graduated from Moscow Engineering and Physics University with specialisations in real time automated control systems. With certifications in Red Hat RHCT, Cisco CCNA and CCNP building large scale multi-service networks including VoIP and IPTV services, Digium dCAA, dCSE and dCSP and Audio Codes ACA covering connections to ISDN and PSTN networks.
Prior to VoIPcloud, Yury worked for Oracle as a database developer and database system administrator.
Yury built the VoIP backbone system for VoIPcloud Wholesale, manages infrastructure and implements new services. Working together with Nikolay they created the graphical interface for our managed PBX and complex billing system which is fully automated and flexible for customers.
Nico graduated in 2020 with a Bachelor of Information Technology, majoring in Advanced Networking and Programming Projects from RMIT University. Prior to VoIPcloud, Nico has always been within a customer-facing environment and is focused on providing a positive and seamless experience during account provisioning for resellers and implementing internal projects for the company.
Nico is our Channel Partner Advisor who builds and maintains relationships with our reseller partners.
Anton has dedicated over 14 years to the telecommunications sector, working in a variety of areas including; sales, operations, compliance and quality assurance. Leading teams across borders and countries to deliver world-class customer experience.
Anton manages our support departments including; number porting, provisioning and service desk.
