In this article

Introduction

To ensure the security and deliverability of your emails, it's essential to verify DKIM (DomainKeys Identified Mail) for your domain. This step helps prevent your emails from being marked as spam and improves trust in your brand.

Domain Verification Steps

  1. Navigate to your partner portal using your admin credentials.
  2. In the navigation menu, click on Settings.
  3. Select Email Configuration from the dropdown menu.
  4. Click on New Domain to begin the configuration process.

  6. The system will generate the necessary DNS records, including DKIM, SPF, and Return-Path.
  7. Copy the DNS records provided and add them to your domain's DNS settings (you may need your domain provider or IT administrator to complete this step).
  8. After updating the DNS, return to the portal and click Verify.
  9. Verification may take up to 48 hours, depending on the DNS propagation time.
