- Pricing tiers
- Now almost any service can have 5 pricing tiers depending on the quantity purchased:
- ‘Services’ tab > Select a service > Details > Fee tiers
- ‘Inbound DIDs’ tab > ‘Pricing templates’ section > Select a template > Details > Fee tiers
- ‘Inbound DIDs’ tab > ‘Pricing templates’ section:
- New filter ‘Tier pricing’
- Export to CSV
- Previously, each pricing could be exported to multiple lines in a CSV file, depending on the number of rates configured in it. Now each pricing occupies only one line: this makes editing much easier and reduces the likelihood of making a mistake
- ‘Services’ tab > ‘Service groups’ section > Select a group > Service:
- Now editing groups is much more convenient, and service IDs have been added
- Now almost any service can have 5 pricing tiers depending on the quantity purchased:
- ‘Linked SMS plan’ for ‘User plan’
- ‘Services’ tab > ‘PBX services’ section > select a ‘User plan’ type of service:
- New setting ‘Linked SMS plan’
- Such a ‘linked SMS plan’ can only be purchased when purchasing a ‘User plan’ in the customer portal
- Please note that ‘linked SMS plans’ will not be visible in service groups. This is to avoid configuration errors where a ‘User plan’ is in a group but the linked SMS plan is not (or vice versa). ‘Linked SMS plans’ automatically follow the ‘User plans’ in service groups
- ‘Services’ tab > ‘PBX services’ section > select a ‘User plan’ type of service:
