3.1.1 Update

Wholesale

  • The structure of the top menu has been changed for better convenience: the most important tabs are now at the beginning. The names and icons of some tabs have also been updated
  • Surcharge system:
    • ‘Settings’ tab > ‘Resellers’ section > Channel defaults > surcharges
    • If the surcharge system is enabled, then after successful payment of the invoice, if the payment method is subject to a surcharge, the fee will be debited
    • Surcharge does not apply when verifying credit cards
    • If you add a credit card receipt to the invoice manually, the system will ask whether to charge a surcharge
  • Do Not Originate (DNO) system
    • This system was developed specifically for the US, but can be used in any billing system. DNO is a system for combating fraud, where fraudsters spoof caller ID and can make calls using, for example, the number of a major bank
    • If someone attempts to make an outgoing call using DNO caller ID, we record this in the CDR. ‘Show calls’ filter > DNO
    • Manage DNO numbers manually: ‘Calls’ tab > ‘DNO’ section
    • Get the DNO list via API: ‘Settings’ tab > ‘Global configuration’ section > Call processing parameters > DNO login / DNO password
  • It is now possible to separate customer accounts that use the service for business and personal use
    • ‘Customers’ tab > select a customer > Details > Account type
    • Customers of the ‘Personal' type cannot have a company name
      • Currently, this is the only difference with ‘Business’ type
  • The system no longer adds logs to the customer's history when they place an order from the customer portal
    • Now the system notes that the order was placed by the administrator, directly in the customer's balance history

Channel

  • Stability improvements, small and internal changes

Whitelabel

  • Surcharge system:
    • ‘Settings’ tab > ‘Payments’ section > surcharges
    • If the surcharge system is enabled, then after successful payment of the invoice, if the payment method is subject to a surcharge, the fee will be debited
    • Surcharge does not apply when verifying credit cards
