Registering Phone

In order toregister your phone, navigate to your “Devices” page in PBXin order toobtain credentials.

  1. In the “Username” and “Authentication User” field put in your Username from the PBX
  2. In the “Authentication Password” field put in your Password from PBX
  3. In the Server Address, put in the first part of the Domain from PBX (The one before the colon)
  4. In the “Server Port” field, put in the port from the domain section (After the colon)
  5. Set the transport protocol to TCP. We recommend setting “Registration Expiration”to 120
  6. Click “Apply”

Your phone should now be registered and able to make calls

DTMF Settings

On occasion, you might find thatwhen prompted to press a specific numberduring a call, the numberyou input does not register correct. In that case, you will need to change DTMF settings.

To change to DTMF settings, navigate to“Phone Settings”,and select“Tone”

Then in the “Select Your Tone” select your country

Finally, click “Apply”
