- From now on, only accounts with active or trial status can receive incoming SMS messages, provided the customer’s balance exceeds their credit limit
- If a DID has an SMS status of ‘A2P required’, receiving incoming SMS messages will work as normal, but sending outgoing messages will not work
- If a user attempts to send an SMS via such a number, they will see an error message in the Webphone explaining about A2P
- View the Rate Card ID in the CDRs. This is hidden by default
- Export an IPND report containing numbers belonging to WLP
- ‘Reseller’s tab > select a WLP > Settings > Other > Export emergency addresses of this WLP from admin billing
- This feature is enabled by default for all existing WLPs and must be disabled where the WLPs send IPND reports themselves
