Channel partners

  • Customers tab > select a customer > Details > Manage new customer portal — we are pleased to present a completely redesigned customer portal! Customers from countries such as New Zealand, the United Kingdom and Ireland have now been migrated to the new customer portal. Customers from Australia will be migrated at a later date. As a partner, you can still log in to the old one using the 'Manage' button if you need to. The new customer portal is being actively developed and improved. If you have any ideas for improvements or have found a bug, please contact our support team.

  • 2FA is now mandatory for all partner administrators. There have been several cases of accounts being hacked, resulting in financial and reputational losses. If you activate 2FA but lose access to the keys, please contact support to reset 2FA.
  • Customers tab > select a customer > History — there are some improvements:
    • When you create a new note, you can now mark it as important. Such notes will be highlighted in yellow in the general list.
    • To make existing notes important, there is a new 'Mark/unmark as important' button.
    • Also, while creatinga note, the 'Read important history information' setting is located here - it is copied from the Details tab.
    • New checkbox:'Show important notes only'

  • Settings tab> Customer portal section >Site settings >Send automatic review requests. It is now possible to enable automatic sending of a request to customers for a review on Google or Facebook. If a customer leaves you a review, don't forget to refund them a % of their monthly subscription (you set the % yourself).

Wholesale voice

  • Settings tab > Global configuration > ASR monitoring — this is a new mechanism for blocking outbound calls of customers who make automatic spam calls. Typically, such customers have a low ASR (answer-seizure ratio), which can cause upstream providers to block calls for all customers altogether. Please configure for correct operation.

  • Customers tab > select a customer > Details > Fair use policy automation — there's a new field called 'Outbound calls blocked (low ASR)'. If a customer's outbound calls are blocked due to low ASR, it will be possible to unblock them here. Also, there will be a record in the history of such customers that they have been blocked due to low ASR.

  • Settings tab > Global configuration > signup > unverified_trial_max_licenses — this is a new setting that limits the number of users and SIP trunks to be purchased by trial customers. Currently there is a limit of 5 licenseseach (PBX and SIP trunks). Reconfigure if necessary.
