How do I set up my Default Signup URL?

In this article

Introduction

In this guide, you'll be able to allow potential customers sign-up for a 30-day free trial via your own reseller partner URL.

Finding Your PartnerID

Every reseller partner will have their own PartnerID, you can find your unique ID via the Customer Portal tab underSettings. In the image below, this reseller's partner ID is '35'.

Registering Your Google reCaptcha

Google reCAPTCHA is a CAPTCHA system owned by Google. It enables web hosts to distinguish between human and automated access to websites. It will protect your website from fraud and abuse without creating friction. You can create your Google reCaptcha Site Key and Secret via this link, here.

Once you have your Google reCaptcha Site Key and Secret, copy and paste them under the corresponding text boxes withinAdvanced Site Settings (ref. 3.) (ref. 4.), then click "Update".

Linking Your Reseller Partner Signup URLs

If you'd like to use the system-generated URLs instead of creating your own URLs, follow the instructions below.

  1. Copy and paste the"Default signup URL" (ref. 3.) into the "Signup URL" (ref. 5.).
  2. Copy and paste the "Default customer portal URL" (ref. 4.) into the "Login URL" (ref. 6.).
  3. Click "Update".

Important: Do not fill in the "Signup Confirm URL" if you are using the system-generated URLs and not your own custom URLs. The system will automatically generate this link when the confirmation email is sent to the customer.
