What are customer notifications and how do I check them?

The VoIPcloud billing system will generate notifications for various issues and processes (overdue invoices, payment failures, service usage report emails, etc).

We recommend that reseller partners view the notifications regularly so they are aware of any issues that may arise.

You can find the notifications button on the top right side of the reseller portal.
