How do I check if an order has been dispatched and located the tracking details?

In order to check if a hardware invoice has been dispatched, you will need to locate the hardware invoice within your "Customer Invoices" (ref. 3.) list.

When selected, the details panel (ref. 4.) on the right should have information on if the line items have been dispatched.

The shipping/tracking details section should have the tracking number for the shipment.

If it has a ticket number, you can call VoIPcloud support to get the tracking number for the shipment.
