Reseller Account Balance

The Reseller Account Balance reflects all occurrences between the selected period.

Opening Balance

When choosing the set parameters, the first selected date will represent the Opening Balance, this will also display the amount of the Reseller Balance of that date. For example, in the image below, on the 1st of January 2023, the reseller partner had a balance of $224.73 which is the Opening Balance of that month.

First Parameter = Opening Balance (ref. 2.)

Earned

The value within the Earned container will display the total sum of the Commission that was earned within the set parameters. For example, in the image below, from the 1st of January to the 31st of January 2023, a total sum of $35.42 was earned. Similar to the Pending Balance, the funds accumulated are recycled back into the Reseller Balance, however, the difference is that Earned is the total value of the selected parameters and not 24 hours.

In the image below, the customer account Company B Pty Ltd (ref. 3.) earned $22.96 (ref. 6.) within the selected period (ref. 4.), however, this is only for one customer account.

Paid into Reseller Account

The Paid into Reseller Account is the funds that the reseller partner deposits into their own Whitelabel Partner portal. This reflects the Reseller Balance at the top, however, this is the funds allocated within the selected period. For example, within the month of January 2023, the reseller partner deposited $0.00.

Another way to determine the specific date the reseller allocated the funds into their Reseller Balance is to check the Invoices - History under the Reseller Invoices tab. In the image below, you can see that the last deposit made was $234.74 on the 1st of January 2020 (ref. 3.).

Allocated to Customers

The amount within the Allocated to Customers is the funds transferred from the Reseller Balance to the Customer Accounts. However, this is the total sum allocated between the selected parameters. For example, in the image below, no deposits have been allocated to Customer Accounts (ref. 3.).

Closing Balance

When choosing the set parameters, the second selected date will represent the Closing Balance, this will also display the amount of the Reseller Balance of that date. For example, in the image below, on the 31st of January 2023, the reseller partner had a balance of $1,037.51 which is the Closing Balance of that month.

Second Parameter = Closing Balance (ref. 2.)
